I grew up the youngest of five children in a household of women. I watched my mother work multiple jobs just to put food on the table and clothes on our backs. No male role model. No blueprint. Just a decision I made early that I was going to make something of myself no matter what.
I used to stack shelves on early morning shifts at Sainsbury's. One day it hit me. This is not my life. That same week I handed in my resignation and started my personal training business from scratch.
That was over a decade ago.
Since then I have built a global community of over 5.2 million women across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Not because of trends or tactics. Because I genuinely care about helping women not just transform their bodies but transform their minds.
I know what it feels like to start with nothing and build something real through discipline, faith and refusing to quit.
